Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, even if the listing changes afterwards.

If a part is listed at a price that is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order for that part and refund you in full. We’ll tell you before doing so.

Price beat

If an Australian retailer sells the same part, from the same brand, for less, we’ll beat their price by 5%. You need to show us a written quote from that retailer or a link to the part on their Australian website. Screenshots, photos and prices you’ve been told about aren’t accepted. The claim must be made before you order, and the full conditions are in our price beat policy, which forms part of these terms.

Placing an order

Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received, and we email you a confirmation. If a part turns out to be unavailable, we’ll contact you and you can wait for it or receive a full refund for it.

Payment

We accept card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available) processed by Stripe, and payments through PayPal. Your card details go directly to those providers; we never see or store your card number.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia. See Shipping and delivery for how delivery is priced and tracked.

Returns and your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See Returns and refunds for faulty parts, wrong parts and change-of-mind returns.

Fitment information

Vehicle fitment information comes from the parts catalogue. It is provided to help you choose, but vehicles vary within a model and build range, so please check the part number and fitment notes against the part you are replacing before fitting it.

Accounts

You can buy as a guest or with an account. Accounts use a one-time code sent to your email instead of a password, so keep access to your email account secure.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without excluding, restricting or modifying any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from fitting a part to a vehicle it was not suitable for, where that was not caused by an error in our listing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
