Returns and refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If a part is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered, we’ll put it right.

Wrong part or listing error

If we sent the wrong part, or our listing described it incorrectly, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover the return postage.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the part is unused, has not been fitted, and is in its original, undamaged packaging. Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost.

For safety and warranty reasons we can’t accept change-of-mind returns of electrical and electronic parts that have been fitted or connected, or of opened fluids and chemicals. This does not affect your rights if they are faulty.

Checking fitment before you order

Vehicle fitment on our site comes from the parts catalogue and is a strong guide, not a guarantee for every vehicle. Before fitting a part, compare its part number and any fitment notes with the part you’re replacing.

How to return something

Email our contact page with your order number, the part, and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with how to send it back. Please don’t send parts without contacting us first, so we can match the return to your order.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, once we’ve received and checked the return, or straight away where no return is needed. Your bank or PayPal may take several business days to show it.
